Where we ship: Currently, we ship within the United States only.

Multiple items, multiple packages: Because our catalog is sourced from multiple distributors, items in a single order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Order tracking: A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships.
Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged or shows as delivered but wasn't received, contact us at team@evencontact.com within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Address accuracy: You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
