Applying standing wraps can be nerve-wracking, especially when a single hidden ridge or minor bunching can cause a bowed tendon. The Equi-Essentials® No Bow Leg Wraps are engineered to alleviate that pressure, providing a protective, highly forgiving foundation for stall bandaging, post-workout recovery, medical poultice retention, or trailering. Sold as a convenient pair, these wraps offer an incredibly cost-effective way to give your horse uniform compression and total lower-leg shield protection. The core of each wrap features a dense layer of 1/4" specialized poly-foam wrapped in a soft, premium anti-pilling jersey fabric. Unlike old-fashioned flannel quilts that easily crumple, buckle, or shift under a track bandage, this "no-bow" core design possesses dense structural memory. It molds smoothly and evenly around the natural contours of the cannon bone, sesamoids, and flexor tendons, actively dampening the tension from the outer bandage to distribute compression flawlessly across the entire lower leg.Built to handle the harsh environment of active training barns, Equi-Essentials® has finished these wraps with durable bound fleece edges. This prevents the fabric borders from fraying, unravelling, or collecting irritating arena grit during intense daily wear. Entirely non-porous and resilient, they are completely machine washable and dryer-safe, making them an incredibly easy-to-clean staple for any equestrian’s daily grooming box or emergency first-aid kit.
